Vienna School Globe. Scale 1:60 million. Austrian, Hungarian, and German patent, Cartography Institute G. Freytag & Berndt, Vienna. The plaster sphere contains 12 lithographed and colored paper segments. Brass meridian ring. The hemispherical cap, illustrating the night hemisphere, is made of black lacquered sheet metal. Brown lacquered cast iron base. Height 48.5 cm.
