Table clock with moon phase, 19th/20th century.

So-called four-glass clock. Made of cast, ground, and polished brass. A tall, rectangular, single-door clock case with four glass sides and a projecting upper cornice rests on a bridge-like base. The white enamel dial features Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, as well as a painted moon phase in the bezel. Blued steel hands. A round French brass eight-day movement with anchor escapement and pendulum on an adjustable pendulum spring suspension. Pendulum numbered. The striking mechanism strikes the half and full hours on a bell. 33,5 x 19,5 x 14 cm. Clock's working order not tested.
