Rococo wall mirror, 18th century
Carved wood, painted and partially gilded. Narrow, tall rectangular mirror frame. Tall, openwork, asymmetrically arranged crowning element of lavish rocaille with relief-sculpted flowers and a corresponding lower section. Additionally painted with delicate floral tendrils. Original mirror glass. 90 x 37 cm.
