Two 'Table en chiffonière' in Transitional style

Various precious woods veneered on oak and softwood. A straight, rectangular body flanked by narrow corner pilasters, merging into tall, slightly curved legs. The articulated front features a narrow drawer above two doors. A slightly overhanging hinged top with a mirror. Varied veneer panels arranged in a mirrored arrangement across the entire surface, with one door additionally covered with leather-embossed spines. Brass fittings. Each approximately 71 x 42 x 32 cm. Provenance: Private Collection Düsseldorf
