Decorated with branches, blue-green leaves, red goji berries, and butterflies. 112-piece service. 10 coffee cups, 12 teacups, 9 teacup saucers, 13 coffee cup saucers, 1 coffee pot, 1 teapot, 2 milk jugs, 1 sugar bowl, 12 large plates, 12 deep plates, 12 small plates, 2 small bowls, 3 small serving bowls, 2 large serving platters, 4 bowls, salt and pepper shakers, 2 sauce boats, and 12 egg cups. Inspired by Chinese porcelain from the Kangxi period (1662–1722), Famille Verte refers to a Chinese porcelain style from this period, characterized by the use of green and iron red. Made by Mottahedeh Vista Alegre in Portugal based on a model from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. H. 5.2-24 cm (teacup/coffeepot), D. 13.8-25.5 cm (saucer for teacups/large plates). Marked on the underside with the maker's mark, Famille Verte, Metropolitan Museum of Art, some with the addition: Decoration adapted from a Chinese bowl, K'ang Hsi period (1662-1722).
