Bidding in the Auction Hall<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our auctions take place at our location at Wiedstra\u00dfe 21 in Krefeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019d like to participate in the auction in person, you\u2019ll need a bidder number, which is issued before the auction begins. We ask new customers to bring a valid ID card or passport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live Bidding via Our Website<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With our online service, you can follow the auction in real time on your computer, tablet, or smartphone and bid live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do so, you must have a verified customer account and be registered for the respective auction. Once your account has been successfully activated, you can conveniently participate in the bidding online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online Bids and Advance Bids<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As soon as the lots for an auction are published online, you can submit advance bids through your customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do so, click \u201cPlace a Bid\u201d next to the item you\u2019re interested in, enter your maximum bid amount, and confirm the auction terms and conditions. You will then receive an automatic confirmation via email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can register directly for telephone bidding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that online bids can only be placed or modified up to six hours before the auction begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Written Bids<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Written bids can be conveniently submitted using our bid form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The form is available for download on our website, can be obtained at the auction house, and is included with our printed catalogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please enter the auction number, lot number, item description, your maximum bid, and your contact information, and send us the signed form via email or mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Telephone Bidding<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to bid in person during the auction but are unable to be on site, we offer our telephone bidding service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use this service, please provide your phone number (and an alternate number, if you wish) on the bid form or during online registration. A staff member will contact you a few minutes before the desired lot is called and will assist you during the bidding process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also register for telephone bidding directly through our website. To do so, select \u201cPlace a Bid\u201d for the desired lot and then choose the \u201cTelephone Bidding\u201d option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
