In his work, the Italian artist Cristiano Bianchin develops a powerful yet finely balanced visual language that explores questions of form, structure, and materiality. His work with glass occupies a central position, a medium he employs with exceptional precision and design sensitivity. In his glasswork, Bianchin combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. Through controlled processes of layering, shaping, and sometimes deliberate disruption, objects emerge that create a dynamic interplay of transparency, light refraction, and volume. His works oscillate between fragile lightness and sculptural presence.
